this is a band's website, not a service. still, for the avoidance of doubt:

whose things these are

the music, artwork, photos and texts on this site belong to badun. listen and read all you like — but do not republish, sell or sync any of it without asking first. asking is easy: use the contact form. the site's code is a different matter: it is free to reuse.

what the site is for

information about the band — records, live dates, news, and ways to reach us. buying music and tickets happens on other sites (bandcamp, venues' own pages); their terms apply there, not ours.

no promises

the site is provided as it is. we try to keep it correct and online, but we do not promise either — dates change, links rot, and a small band fixes its website when it can.

writing to us

whatever you send through the contact form should be yours to send. we read everything and answer what we can, but a message here creates no obligation on either side.

your data

what little we process is described in the privacy note.

the law

danish law applies. if any of this must be argued about, it is argued in denmark.
